  • 3/4 cups Apple Juice
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 2 envelopes (3/4 Oz. Envelope For An 8 Oz. Glass) Spiced Apple Cider
  • 1/4 cups Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch, Dissolved In 1/4 Cup Cold Water

Directions

    Pour the apple juice and water in the saucepan. Add the cider powder and sugar. Stir well. Place on the burner and turn on to medium heat. Once the mixture starts to simmer, dissolve the cornstarch in the 1/4 cup cold water. Then add the cornstarch mixture to the saucepan as well.

    Whisk together to dissolve the cornstarch. Keep stirring until the syrup turns back to the browinsh color and the white is gone.

    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and keep warm until ready to serve. Serve over pancakes, waffles or French toast.
