- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1/4 lb butter
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 2 onions, chopped
- 3 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 lb rice
- 1 (49 ounce) can chicken broth
- 1 cup golden raisin
- 1 cup chicken liver, chopped
- 3/4 cup celery, chopped
- salt and pepper, to tase
Directions

1Brown hamburger and livers in butter.

2Add garlic, onion, celery, parsley and cook until onions are transparent.

3Add rice, chicken broth, and nuts to meat mixture.

4Cook in medium size roasting pan at 425 degrees for 30 minutes or until rice is done.

5Add cinnamon and raisins.

6Let set for 10 minutes.
