Apple Streusel Cream Pie

- 1 (10 inch) deep dish unbaked pie shells
- 1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling
- 12 cup butter, divided use
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon maple flavoring
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 12 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 12 cup all-purpose flour
- 14 cup quick oats or 14 cup old fashioned oats
Directions

1Place rack in lowest position in oven; preheat oven to 425F (220C).

2Spoon apple filling into pie crust and bake for 15 minutes.

3In medium, microwave-safe bowl, melt 1/4 cup butter in microwave oven on HIGH for 30 seconds.

4Add sweetened condensed milk, eggs, maple flavoring, cinnamon and nutmeg and mix well.

5Pour over apple filling.

6In small bowl, combine sugar and flour; cut in remaining 1/4 cup butter until crumbly.

7Stir in oats.

8Sprinkle over pie.

9Reduce oven temperature to 350F (175C).

10Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until set in center.

11Cool.
-
12Serve warm.

13Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
