- 1/4 c. margarine
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 2 c. chopped red cooking apples
- 2 c. chopped green cooking apples
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 16 oz. herb flavored stuffing mix
- 1 c. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground pepper
- 2 3/4 c. apple cider
Directions

1Melt margarine in skillet.

2Add onions, celery, apples and raisins.

3Cook and stir frequently for 5 minutes until softened. Remove from heat; stir in stuffing mix and seasonings.

4Add cider to moisten.

5Put into greased casserole.

6Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

7For crisp top, remove cover the last 5 minutes.
