- 8 cabbage leaves
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 egg
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. water
Directions

1Pour boiling water over cabbage leaves.

2Let stand 5 minutes. Drain.

3Heat ground beef until brown.

4Add onion, rice and egg. Roll a portion of filling into each leaf.

5Fasten ends with toothpicks.

6Place cabbage rolls in cooker.

7Pour tomato soup and water over rolls.

8Cook 40 minutes.

9Serves 4.
