  • 3/4 ounce Scotch, preferably single malt
  • 1/2 ounce gin
  • 1/2 ounce Brown Sugar-Fig Syrup
  • Dash of Fee Brothers Old Fashion aromatic bitters
  • Ice
  • 1 lemon twist, for garnish

Directions

    In a mixing glass, combine the Calvados, Scotch, gin, Brown Sugar-Fig Syrup and bitters; fill with ice and stir well.

    Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the lemon twist.
