- 3 c. flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. warm water
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Sift flour and salt together and place on board.

2Drop eggs in center.

3Add butter and mix.

4Add enough water to make a rather stiff dough.

5Knead until smooth.

6Cover; let stand 10 minutes. Divide dough; roll on lightly floured board until very thin.

7Fill with cheese or meat mixture and seal.

8Pinch the edges together with fingers.

9Place in rapid boiling, salted water.

10Cook 10 minutes.

11Drain and add to spaghetti sauce.
