  • 0.5 kg apples, peeled, cored, sliced
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp mustard seeds
  • 0.5 tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sultana rasins
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 5 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 4 teaspoons salt
  • 2 1/2 cups malt vinegar
