Apple with Cream Cake

  • 100 grams sugar
  • 20 grams vanilla sugar
  • 250 millilitres cream
  • 40 grams vanilla custard
  • 13 grams baking powder
  • 150 grams apples grated
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon ground
  • 1 large eggs
  • 290 grams cake flour

Directions

    Preheated oven (180 C) and grease a 30 by 10-cm cake pan.

    Mix together the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar in a big bowl until it becomes foamy.

    Stir in the cream, grated apples, pudding powder, flour and baking powder.

    Pour the mixture into the prepared cake pan.

    Bake for 40 to 50 minutes.

    When it is cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

    Serve with hot chocolate, coffee or cream if needed.
