  • 1/2 c. light brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. peeled, cored and sliced apples
  • 1 1/2 c. sifted flour
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. milk

    Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch shallow pan.
