- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Peel, core and quarter apples.

2Heat apples and water to boiling.

3Simmer until tender and smooth (approximately 10 to 20 minutes).

4Mix sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg together.

5Add to apples.

6Heat to boiling.

7Remove from heat; freeze, process to can, or cool and eat.
