  • 1 -2 slice orange peel
  • 14 cup sugar
  • cinnamon

    Pare and quarter apples.

    Put in saucepan with orange peel and cover partly.

    Cook until soft.

    Add sugar and continue cooking until sugar dissolves.

    Remove orange peel and serve with cinnamon.
