  • 10 lb Apples, cored and quartered
  • 2 Tbsp. Nutmeg

Directions

    Place sliced apples in large pot with 1/4 inch water.

    Cook at medium heat for 20-25 minutes stirring several times.

    Using an immersion blender, puree apples.

    Add nutmeg and lemon juice
  5. 5
    Fill and cap jars.

    Immerse in boiling water, covered wih at least one inch of water.

    Boil for at least 20 minutes.
