Directions

1Place sliced apples in large pot with 1/4 inch water.

2Cook at medium heat for 20-25 minutes stirring several times.

3Using an immersion blender, puree apples.

4Add nutmeg and lemon juice

5Fill and cap jars.

6Immerse in boiling water, covered wih at least one inch of water.
