- 1/2 c. light corn oil margarine
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
- 1 (16 oz.) jar applesauce
- 1 (8 oz.) plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 (8 oz.) frozen egg substitute
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Toast walnuts in saucepan over medium heat, shaking pan frequently; chop.

2Blend sugar and margarine; add all other ingredients, stirring until all ingredients are well blended. Bake in a greased tube pan 45 to 50 minutes at 350°.
