- Base
- 2 pounds 85/15 ground beef
- 1/2 pound chorizo
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 1 cup diced green chili
- 2 tablespoons srichacha
- 2 tablespoons butter
Directions

1Combine sauce ingredients and simmer for half hour - do the same with the fortifications. Allow to cool. Apply sauce to flour tortillas and fill with the fortifications, roll, and let set. Then bake at 350 degrees for a half hour and 225 degrees for 15 minutes. Baste with clarified butter prior to turning down temp. Add cheese to top to taste. Enjoy!
