  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 3/4 c. chopped apricots
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. cake flour

Directions

    Blend the first 4 ingredients until crumbly (crust).
