  • 3/4 c. Wesson oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. apricot nectar
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon extract
  • 1 pkg. apricot jello (dry)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and pour into greased and floured stem pan.

    Pour rest of apricot nectar over cake while hot.
