Apricot Cake

Directions

   Mix all ingredients.

   Use a tube cake pan.

   With solid shortening, grease pan.

   Then lightly flour the pan.

   Pour mixture into pan.

   Bake at 350° approximately 40 minutes or until cake leaves side on pan.

   Be careful not to overbake this cake and dry it out.

   Use toothpick test after 35 minutes.
