  • 1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1 c. mashed apricots
  • 1 box raspberry jello
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 tsp. pineapple flavoring

    Combine cake mix and jello together in large bowl.

    Add milk, egg yolks and margarine.

    Beat batter until smooth.

    Add mashed apricots and pineapple flavoring; stir.

    Beat egg whites until fluffy; fold in batter.

    Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
