- 1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 c. mashed apricots
- 1 box raspberry jello
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 tsp. pineapple flavoring

1Combine cake mix and jello together in large bowl.

2Add milk, egg yolks and margarine.

3Beat batter until smooth.

4Add mashed apricots and pineapple flavoring; stir.

5Beat egg whites until fluffy; fold in batter.

6Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
