  • 1 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 small jars apricot baby food fruit
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except nuts.

    When mixture is blended well. Fold in nuts. Pour into baking pan, 13 x 9-inch, and bake at 350° for 60 minutes.
