- 1 c. oil
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 2 small jars apricot baby food fruit
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except nuts.

2When mixture is blended well. Fold in nuts. Pour into baking pan, 13 x 9-inch, and bake at 350° for 60 minutes.

3Check after 45 minutes.
