  • 4 whole Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 package Dry French Onion Soup
  • 16 whole Dried Apricots, Halved
  • 1 carton Peach Or Apricot Juice

Directions

    Place chicken breasts in a single layer in a casserole dish.

    Sprinkle the packet of french onion soup over the top.
  3. 3
    Add as many halved dried apricots as you want.

    Pour juice over until chicken pieces are just covered.
  5. 5
    Cover with lid and bake at 200C (approx 390F) for 1 hour or until chicken is cooked.

    I like this with mashed potato & green beans.
