- 4 whole Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 package Dry French Onion Soup
- 16 whole Dried Apricots, Halved
- 1 carton Peach Or Apricot Juice
Directions

1Place chicken breasts in a single layer in a casserole dish.

2Sprinkle the packet of french onion soup over the top.

3Add as many halved dried apricots as you want.

4Pour juice over until chicken pieces are just covered.

5Cover with lid and bake at 200C (approx 390F) for 1 hour or until chicken is cooked.

6I like this with mashed potato & green beans.
