- 4 to 6 chicken breasts
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
- 1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves
Directions

1Marinate chicken in Italian dressing.

2Refrigerate overnight in a covered pan.

3Approximately 1 1/2 hours before serving, drain dressing from chicken, reserving 1 cup of the marinade.

4Mix reserved marinade with apricot preserves and spread over chicken in pan.

5Bake in 350° oven for 1 1/2 hours or until nicely browned. It is not necessary to baste.

6This is a very easy and delicious dish.

7Serve it with rice, a green salad and crusty French bread and you have a quick dinner.
