- 12 double graham crackers
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup peanuts, coarsely chopped
Directions

1Pre-heat oven to 350F.

2Line jelly roll pan (15x10x1-inch) with graham crackers; sprinkle evenly with marshmallows.

3In a small saucepan, melt brown sugar and butter together over medium heat.

4Bring to boil and cook until mixture thickens (about 5 minutes), stirring constantly to prevent burning.

5Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

6Pour evenly over marshmallows, and then sprinkle with peanuts.

7Bake at 350F for 8 minutes until lightly browned.

8Cool completely in pan and then cut into squares.
