Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (11 oz) dried apricots
  • 1 can (20oz)crushed pineapples
  • 2/3 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
  • 2 Tbls Lemon Juice
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 bottle liquid fruit pectin

Directions

    Soak apricots in H2O to cover @ least 4hrs.Drain, chop and mix with remaining,ingredient except for pectin, in large kettle. Bring to boil, stirring over high heat, when bubbling all over top, boil hard for 1 min., stirring constantly. Remove from heat & stir in pectin.

    Ladle quickly into sterilized jars and seal.
