- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 2 egg yolks
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
- 3/4 c. apricot preserves
Directions

1Cream the butter with sugar.

2Mix in egg yolks, then flour, then nuts.

3Use hands.

4Grease an 8-inch square pan.

5Put half of the dough in pan.

6Top with 2 tablespoons of apricot preserves. Put the rest of the dough on top of the apricot preserves.

7Spread remaining preserves on top.

8Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
