  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients; add milk, egg yolks and butter.

    Cook in double boiler until thick.

    Add vanilla.

    Put into browned pie shell.

    Top with meringue and brown in 375° oven.
