- 1/4 c. cold water
- 1 c. cooked or canned apricots
- 1/2 c. apricot juice
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. cream, whipped
- 9-inch baked pie crust
Directions

1Heat juice.

2Pour cold water in bowl.

3Sprinkle gelatine over water.

4Add to hot juice.

5Stir until dissolved.

6Add sugar, salt, lemon juice and apricots, which have been put through a sieve. Cool.
