  • 1 1/2 c. chocolate wafers, crushed
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 cube creamed butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • apricot pulp (about 1 c.)
  • 1 c. whipped cream

    Crush chocolate wafers.

    Put half of wafer crumbs in 8-inch square pan.

    Add 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar to butter.

    Add eggs and 1 cup powdered sugar.

    Add vanilla and beat hard.

    Spread over chocolate wafer crumbs.
