  • 2 cups bran
  • 1/4 cup cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 cups milk, skim
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda dissolved in water
  • 1 cup raisins, seedless optional

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and pour into a muffin tin, using either nonstick pan or paper liners.
