- 8 oz. cream-style cottage cheese
- 1/2 lb. margarine
- 2 c. flour
- apricot preserves (for filling)
- 1 beaten egg white
- 1 c. finely chopped walnuts, mixed with 1/3 c. sugar
Directions

1Combine cottage cheese, margarine and flour.

2Make little balls and refrigerate overnight.

3Roll out each ball.

4Put 1 teaspoon apricot preserves on one half of rolled out dough and fold over.

5Dip filled foldover in beaten egg white and then in walnut-sugar mixture.

6Bake on greased cookie sheet at 375° for 15 to 18 minutes.
