- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. oil
- 1 c. apricot nectar
- 3 eggs
- xxxx sugar
- juice of 1 lemon
Directions

1Mix and add 1 egg at a time.

2Beat after each egg.

3Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until done.

4Cool 15 minutes.

5Mix xxxx sugar with juice of lemon or use lemon icing.

6Pour over cake while it's still warm.
