  • 1 lemon cake mix
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 1 c. apricot nectar
  • 3 eggs
  • xxxx sugar
  • juice of 1 lemon

Directions

    Mix and add 1 egg at a time.

    Beat after each egg.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until done.

    Cool 15 minutes.

    Mix xxxx sugar with juice of lemon or use lemon icing.

    Pour over cake while it's still warm.
