- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
- 2 c. plain flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- apricot preserves
Directions

1Cream together margarine, cream cheese and sugar.

2Sift in flour and salt.

3Chill several hours or overnight.

4On floured board, roll dough very thin and cut with biscuit cutter.

5Place 1/2 teaspoon preserves on each round.

6Fold over and seal with fork. Place on greased baking sheet and bake at 375° until firm, but not browned, about 12 minutes.

7Sift confectioners sugar over pastries and remove from pan while warm.

8Store in tightly covered container.
