- vanilla wafers, crumbled
- 1 large can apricots
- 2 sticks oleo
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- chopped nuts
- whipped cream
Directions

1Cover bottom of a 9 x 12-inch cake pan or 2 pie pans with vanilla wafer crumbs.

2Melt oleo and sugar in a double boiler. Using a mixer, beat in eggs.

3Cook about 10 minutes.

4Cool slightly.

5Pour over wafer crumbs.

6Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Cool.

7Place drained apricot halves over top.

8Blanket with whipped cream.
