- 1 pkg. Pillsbury pie crusts (2 to pkg.)
- 1 pkg. dried apricots
- 1/4 scant c. sugar
Directions

1Cover apricots with water in saucepan.

2Simmer for 30 minutes until soft.

3Drain excess water.

4Mix and mash with fork until preserve like.

5Add sugar.

6Mix.

7Quarter each pie crust.

8Drop apricot mixture into middle of crust.

9Fold to cover apricots.

10Go around edges with fork to keep apricots inside.

11Bake at 350° for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
