  • 1 pkg. Pillsbury pie crusts (2 to pkg.)
  • 1 pkg. dried apricots
  • 1/4 scant c. sugar

Directions

    Cover apricots with water in saucepan.

    Simmer for 30 minutes until soft.

    Drain excess water.

    Mix and mash with fork until preserve like.

    Add sugar.

    Mix.

    Quarter each pie crust.

    Drop apricot mixture into middle of crust.

    Fold to cover apricots.

    Go around edges with fork to keep apricots inside.

    Bake at 350° for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
