  • 4 ounces Cocchi Americano
  • 1/4 ounce Amaro Montenegro (bittersweet herbal liqueur)
  • 1/4 ounce Ramazzotti (bittersweet herbal liqueur)
  • Dash of orange bitters
  • Dash of Angostura bitters
  • Ice
  • 1 ounce chilled club soda

Directions

    Fill a soda siphon (see Note) with all of the ingredients except ice and the club soda.

    Seal the canister and shake hard.

    Charge according to the manufacturers directions, using a CO2 charger.
  4. 4
    Dispense into a chilled, ice-filled wineglass and top with the club soda.
