- 1 tsp. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 4 Tbsp. vinegar
- 4 egg yolks, beaten
- 8 marshmallows
- 1 c. whipped cream
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Cream butter, salt and sugar.

2Dissolve mustard in small amount of vinegar and add to the butter mixture with the egg yolks and remaining vinegar.

3Cook in a double boiler until you're sure the egg yolks are done.

4Add the marshmallows and stir to dissolve.

5Chill.

6Fold in the whipped cream and chopped nuts.
