- 5 to 6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 pkg. (about 1 lb.) Polish sausage (smoked or link), sliced thin
- 1 can stewed tomatoes or Ro-Tel
- 1 small bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Directions

1Cook potatoes in oil in a large frying pan with lid.

2Just before potatoes are done, add remaining ingredients.

3Cover pan and steam until potatoes are tender.

4Remove lid and let liquid cook away.
