- 2 cans (11 oz.) whole mild pickled jalapeno peppers (I use hot)
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. regular pork sausage (I use hot)
- 1 c. Bisquick mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 pkg. pork Shake 'n Bake (oven fry)
Directions

1Wash and drain peppers, devein and remove seeds.

2Grate cheese; stuff peppers and add rest of cheese to sausage and Bisquick mix.

3Beat eggs well; set aside.

4Pat 1 tablespoon sausage mixture in palm of hand.

5Lay stuffed pepper on sausage. Pat mixture around pepper.

6Seal dough real well so cheese won't run out.

7Dip in beaten eggs and roll in Shake 'n Bake.

8Bake for 30 or 40 minutes in 350° oven.
