- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. hot pork sausage
- 1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 pkg. pork Shake 'N Bake
Directions

1Wash and drain peppers, then devein and remove seeds (unless you like it really hot).

3Grate cheese; stuff peppers. Then add rest of cheese to sausage and biscuit mix.
