- 1 lb. sausage (hot)
- 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 24 jalapeno peppers
Directions

1Mix sausage, Cheddar cheese and Bisquick.

2Clean (seed) jalapeno peppers and stuff with a strip of Monterey Jack cheese. Wrap with sausage mix.

3Dip in beaten eggs and roll in Shake 'N Bake (pork) or bread crumbs.

4Bake at 300° for 30 to 35 minutes. Yield: 24 peppers.
