- 2 tablespoons arrowroot powder
- water cup -cool
- 2 tablespoons tamari soy sauce up to 3 tb
- 1 vegetable bouillon cube or up to 2 cubes
- cayenne pepper to taste
- kelp to taste
Directions

1Mix the arrowroot thoroughly with the water in the saucepan, using a wire whisk.

2Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

3Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.

4Keep warm over low heat.

5Serve over hot vegetables, whole grains or stir frys.

6Keeps up to 7 days in refrigerator or may be frozen.
