  • 2 small jars marinated artichoke hearts, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • pinch of garlic salt
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    Use marinade from 1 jar of artichokes to saute onion.

    Drain other jar.

    Add other ingredients.

    Pour into baking dish (7 x 11-inch).

    Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.

    Cut into 1-inch squares when cooled.

    Freeze, if desired, and reheat at 325° for 10 to 12 minutes.
