- 2 small jars marinated artichoke hearts, finely chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- pinch of garlic salt
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Use marinade from 1 jar of artichokes to saute onion.

2Drain other jar.

3Add other ingredients.

4Pour into baking dish (7 x 11-inch).

5Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.

6Cut into 1-inch squares when cooled.

7Freeze, if desired, and reheat at 325° for 10 to 12 minutes.
