- 1 long thin loaf French Bread
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 14-16 oz. marinated artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
Directions

1Cut French bread into 3/4 inch slices.

2Line up flat on a large cookie sheet.

3Set aside.

4Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and Parmesan.

5Gently stir in the artichoke hearts.

6Top each bread slice with a rounded tablespoon of mixture.

7Broil 3 to 5 minutes or until top is golden.

8Serve hot.

9(You may want to cut the slices in quarters before serving for more bite-sized pieces.)
