- 1 loaf French bread
- 14 ounces artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 12 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions

1Slice bread.

2In a bowl, combine drained artichokes, garlic, olive oil, Parmesan cheese and pepper.

3Spread evenly over sliced bread.

4Sprinkle with shredded cheese.

5Place under broiler for 5-7 minutes or until bread is toasty and cheese is melted and bubbly.

6To freeze, prepare as directed above but DO NOT broil.

7Instead, place on a cookie sheet and flash freeze, then place in a freezer bag, label, and return to freezer.
