- 1 loaf French bread, cut lengthwise
- 1 c. butter, melted
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 c. or 8 oz. Jack cheese, grated (topping)
- tomato slices (optional topping)
- parsley flakes (optional topping)
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts (not marinated)
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 c. pitted black olives, sliced
Directions

1Melt butter, garlic and sesame seed.

2Add bread chunks from middle of bread.

3Fry until brown.

4Mix sour cream, cheese, Parmesan, parsley and lemon pepper.

5Stir in drained artichoke hearts and toast mixture.

6Spoon in bread and top with Cheddar cheese.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
