  • 2 cans artichoke hearts
  • 1 c. mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
  • 1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c. grated fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Directions

    Cut artichoke hearts in small pieces.

    Mix all ingredients and bake at 350° in uncovered casserole for 30 minutes or until slightly browned.

    Serve hot with chunks of French bread or crackers for dipping.
