  • 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
  • 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Drain and chop artichoke hearts.

    Mix into cheese and mayonnaise.

    Cook in glass casserole or pie plate at 325° for 20 minutes.

    Serve with crackers.
