- 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 8 oz. diced green chiles, drained and chopped
- 4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Drain pimentos and reserve 2 teaspoons pimentos for top.

2Mix the rest in a bowl and bake uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

3Serve with taco chips.
