- 2 cans artichoke hearts (16 oz. cans)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 c. fresh Parmesan
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- dash of Tabasco (optional)
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- pepper
- paprika
Directions

1Cut artichoke hearts in fourths.

2Mix all ingredients together except paprika.

3Put in 2-quart baking dish.

4Sprinkle paprika on top.

5Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
