- 2 (8 oz.) cans artichokes in water, drain well and chop
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. oregano
- pinch or two of pepper
Directions

1Combine all ingredients together and bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes until puff or golden.

2Bake in a shallow dish for 25 minutes.

3Serve with plain crackers.
