  • 2 (8 oz.) cans artichokes in water, drain well and chop
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • pinch or two of pepper

    Combine all ingredients together and bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes until puff or golden.

    Bake in a shallow dish for 25 minutes.

    Serve with plain crackers.
